Solicitor Adam Penn has been awarded a specialist diploma for his knowledge and expertise in helping families plan for their future through wills, trusts and estate planning.
Adam, who joined Four Oaks Legal Services in October 2020, has now received a Diploma in Trusts and Estates from STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). This is the gold standard qualification in the industry. It is already held by Rebecca Head, a wills and probate solicitor and a director of Four Oaks.
“I am delighted to have achieved this qualification,” said Adam. “It demonstrates that both Rebecca and I are able to deliver the highest level of expertise in preparing and administering trusts and estates. Not every solicitor who offers will-writing services had studied at this level, so it does offer our clients the assurance that we can provide in-depth support and legal services as a trusted advisor.”
In September, Adam will be celebrating 25 years as a qualified solicitor. This breadth of experience in the legal profession gives him a depth of knowledge that supports his work with clients.
Adam loves being part of the friendly team of four solicitors, which is completed by founder, director and commercial solicitor Stuart McIntosh and wills and probate solicitor Joanna Parkin.
